Terms of use and business terms
These terms govern use of Tennis.Academy and paid services for academies, camps, hotels, travel providers, brands and shops.
1. Scope
Paid profile, lead and advertising services are offered to businesses only. Search, comparison and public profiles generally remain free for visitors.
2. Accounts and profile access
Access to an organisation profile is granted only after manual review. Users must provide accurate current information and protect their credentials. Verification is independent from paid placement.
3. Services
The exact scope is shown in the package description before purchase. Reach, clicks, enquiries or bookings are not guaranteed. Paid placements are clearly labelled and never change factual or verification status.
4. Content and rights
Customers may provide only content, images, brands and links they are entitled to use. Tennis.Academy may reject or pause unsuitable, misleading, unlawful or non-tennis content. The customer grants the limited rights required to display and technically process the content for the service period.
5. Prices, term and payment
Price, currency, billing period and term are shown before payment. One-time campaigns end automatically on the stated date. Subscriptions renew as described at checkout until cancelled through the billing portal. Tax treatment follows the information shown at checkout.
6. Business status, service start and withdrawal
Paid services may be purchased only on behalf of a business. By giving the express confirmation before checkout, the customer confirms its business status, accepts these terms and instructs Tennis.Academy to begin the service after successful payment and, where applicable, approval. The statutory 14-day consumer withdrawal right does not apply to these business-only contracts. Statutory rights relating to non-performance, defects, unauthorised charges or fraud remain unaffected.
7. Review and activation
Advertising and profile content may be reviewed before publication. Payment does not guarantee approval of unlawful or unsuitable material. If a one-time campaign has not started and is rejected, payment is cancelled or refunded according to the rule shown at purchase.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to operate a secure and reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Necessary changes to presentation, security or placement logic may be made while preserving the essential purchased benefit.
9. Liability
Statutory liability rules apply. External websites, offers, travel services, bookings and contracts between users and third parties remain the responsibility of the relevant provider. Public information can change; the provider's current information remains authoritative.
10. Suspension and termination
Services may be restricted or terminated for abuse, legal violations, security risks or payment default. Existing claims and statutory retention duties remain unaffected.
11. Law and contact
Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Jurisdiction clauses apply only where legally permitted. Questions should be sent to the contact address in the legal notice.
