2. Data we process

Depending on how you use the service, we process account and login data, profile and organisation data, enquiries, messages, claim evidence, payment and campaign references, and technical security and delivery logs. Public academy and camp information is kept separate from private contact and evidence data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide the platform and perform contracts, handle pre-contract enquiries, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests in security, abuse prevention, deliverability, audience measurement and service improvement. Where consent is required, it can be withdrawn at any time for the future.

4. Service providers

We use Netlify for hosting and delivery, Supabase for database, authentication and private file storage, Resend for transactional email, Upstash for server-side rate limiting, Stripe for payments and – only when configured – Plausible for privacy-friendly audience measurement. Providers receive only the data required for their task and are contractually engaged.

Maps and court search

The tennis court finder uses a bundled extract of Overture Maps place data on our server and a GeoNames city index. When you select a city, its coordinates are sent to our server to find nearby courts. Only if you click ‘Near me’ and allow location access in your browser are your location coordinates sent to our server for that search. The search does not query Overpass, Overture Maps or GeoNames externally for each request. Your browser loads map tiles directly from tile.openstreetmap.org; the OpenStreetMap servers thereby receive connection data such as your IP address. You can revoke browser location access in your browser settings.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where necessary we rely on appropriate safeguards, in particular adequacy decisions or EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Providers publish further details in their own privacy documentation.

Expedia travel search and affiliate links

External Expedia search loads only when you select ‘Open travel search’. Expedia then receives connection data, including your IP address and browser information; destinations, travel dates and other search inputs are processed directly in Expedia's search form. Expedia may use cookies and affiliate tracking. ‘Close search’ removes the embed from this page; cookies already set can be removed in your browser. Opening a labeled affiliate link also takes you to Expedia, where its privacy terms apply. Our campaign reference and the publisher reference ‘tennis-academy’ attribute commissions. Tennis.Academy does not receive personal search inputs from the embedded form.

Booking.com through CJ Affiliate

Our Booking.com links pass through CJ Affiliate to the external accommodation search. The link contains the Tennis.Academy website ID 101891728, the affiliate link ID and, where applicable, the destination and selected language. On clicking, CJ Affiliate and Booking.com receive connection data such as your IP address and browser information; they may use cookies and other identifiers to attribute commissions. You enter travel and booking details directly on Booking.com. We do not embed a Booking.com search form, a CJ impression pixel or an additional tracking script for these links. The external sites' privacy terms apply to their processing.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as required for its purpose, statutory retention duties or the defence of claims. Private evidence files are scheduled for deletion after a decision and are normally deleted automatically no later than 90 days afterwards. Enquiries and logs that are no longer needed are reviewed and removed regularly.

Awin Publisher MasterTag

Only after your consent in ‘Affiliate settings’ do we load the Awin Publisher MasterTag (publisher ID 3107611) on public search and guide pages. Loading sends Awin connection data such as your IP address and browser information. Awin partner links may also process the referring page, clicked destination and identifiers to attribute clicks and commissions, and may use cookies. Our integration protects existing Expedia, Booking.com, Viator and editorial source links from automatic link conversion. The MasterTag does not load on profile pages containing inquiry forms or on account, contact and payment pages.

Your choice is stored in your browser for 180 days. You can change or withdraw it at any time using ‘Affiliate settings’ in the footer. Withdrawal reloads the page to stop already loaded Awin code. Cookies previously set by Awin can additionally be removed in your browser settings. External partner sites have their own privacy terms.

7. Cookies and analytics

Technically necessary cookies may be used for login, security and language settings. Plausible is used without marketing profiles. Non-essential tracking or marketing technology is enabled only after any required consent. Stripe's external payment pages are also governed by Stripe's privacy terms.

8. Your rights

Where the legal requirements apply, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing. You may withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.

10. Security

Private evidence is never displayed publicly. Administrators can access it only through short-lived signed links. Do not submit passports or official identity documents; use official business email, company or public registry evidence instead.
